Anker Junk LLC, operating as Anker Junk Removal, offers text updates about its own junk removal services to customers who choose to receive them. This customer-care program includes confirmation that we received a quote request, quote details following a qualification call, and a post-job review request. It does not include promotional messages or messages on behalf of other businesses.
Our team sends quote and job follow-up texts individually. Submitting the form does not trigger an automatic text. We confirm pickup windows and give arrival updates by phone.
Automated replies confirm messaging preferences and provide help. If you text us outside our regular hours, you may receive an acknowledgment that we will reply when we reopen. Our regular hours are Monday–Saturday, 7 a.m.–8 p.m. Pacific; Sunday service is by prior arrangement. An after-hours acknowledgment does not enroll you in ongoing text updates.
Choosing text updates
Our quote form includes an optional, unchecked SMS consent box. To choose text updates, read the disclosure, check the box and submit the form. Entering a phone number, accepting our terms or submitting the form with the box unchecked does not enroll you in texts. You can request a quote and purchase our services without opting in. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Frequency, rates and support
- Expect 2–3 messages per quote/job; message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out. A STOP request ends your enrollment; you will receive an opt-out confirmation and no further program messages unless you opt in again.
- Reply HELP for help. You can also contact [email protected] for assistance or to withdraw consent.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your information
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process information only to deliver and support our services, as described in our privacy policy.
