What we usually walk into

A strip-mall back room with three bays of gondola shelving, a dead display cooler and a season of flattened boxes. A restaurant swapping out booths, with a reach-in parked by the back door. A contractor between drywall and paint, with cut lumber, drywall offcuts, pallets and cabinet packaging.

Commercial junk removal in Vancouver, WA and Portland, OR is rarely one clean pile, and most of it is bulky and light. That is why business junk hauling here usually runs one to two trucks per site, and why we price by volume.

What it costs

The full list is on the pricing page. Online: $99 for the minimum pickup (2 cubic yards), $189 for a quarter truck, $369 for a half, $549 for three quarters and $739 for a full 16 cubic yard truck.

The size is decided on site, before anything is loaded. We look at the pile, name the tier, you agree the number, then we load.

What pushes a job up a tier is volume, not weight. Shelving and display racks do not nest, so fixtures fill a truck fast. Jobsite debris is $50 per quarter truck on top of the truck price. A breakroom fridge on its own is $129, coolant fee included.

How the visit goes

We bring the truck, dollies, a ramp, tarps and the tools to break down shelving and racking. We back into the dock or loading zone, walk the pile, agree the tier, load, and sweep the spot before we pull out.

From you: a name and email for the invoice, a door or dock we can reach, parking within 100 ft, and someone to point at what goes or a strip of tape on it.

We do not need you to stage junk at the curb, break down fixtures, sort recycling from garbage, or stand there while we load.

Where it goes

Donation first, recycling second, the transfer station last, with the disposal fee already inside the published price. Usable desks, chairs and fixtures go to donation; clean cardboard and steel shelving are pulled for recycling before the rest is tipped.

TVs and monitors go in at no charge under WA E-Cycle.

Mattresses up to 4 per trip and electronics up to 7 per trip are accepted free at Metro stations, and we pass that on. Past 7 monitors or computers in a trip, give us the count when you book.

How it differs from office and property management work

Office cleanouts is one suite, one move-out: desks, cubicle panels, filing cabinets and IT gear, usually once. Property management junk removal is units and common areas across a portfolio, photographed as it leaves, often with nobody there to let us in. Commercial junk removal is the shop floor, the jobsite and the dock, and the account that needs a haul away every month. Same ladder, different door. For what fits on the truck, see what we take.

Before you book

Is jobsite debris priced the same as shop fixtures? No. Jobsite debris weighs more per cubic yard, so it carries the surcharge listed under What it costs. Shop fixtures do not.

Can you load from a dock, a mezzanine or an upper floor? Yes. Ground floor within 100 ft of the truck is the published price. Stairs, elevators and long carries add the fees listed under What it costs.

Do you take tires, paint and solvents from the shop? Tires yes, $15 per tire, rim on or off. Paint, solvents, chemicals and propane tanks we decline.
