This policy explains how Anker Junk LLC, operating as Anker Junk Removal, handles information for its junk removal services.

What we collect

When you book or request a quote we collect your name, your mobile number, the size you picked if you picked one, and the city of the page you booked from. The service address, photos and anything else about the job are taken on the call or by text. When you call, calls to our numbers may be recorded for training and dispute resolution; you hear a notice at the start.

How we use it

To price, schedule and complete your job, confirm booking details, send invoices and any donation receipt, and answer your questions. With your separate SMS consent, we use your mobile number for quote-request confirmations, follow-ups after a qualification call and a post-job review request. We do not sell your information.

Text messages

Text updates are optional. Our quote form has a separate, unchecked SMS consent box with a disclosure describing the messages. You opt in only when you choose that box and submit the form. Entering a phone number, accepting our terms or submitting the form with the box unchecked does not enroll you in text messages. You can request a quote and use our services without consenting to texts. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

For customers who have separately opted in, we retain consent records, including the disclosure and its version, source page, time, IP address and browser information when consent was collected online. Terms acceptance is recorded separately when provided. Expect 2–3 messages per quote/job; message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. When you text us, we process your message and number to respond, honor messaging preferences and prevent duplicate automatic replies. You may receive automated preference confirmations, help information or an after-hours acknowledgment. Sending an ordinary inquiry does not enroll you in ongoing text updates.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Photos

Photos you upload are stored for 90 days to price and document the job, then deleted.

Who else sees it

Service providers for website hosting, customer records, scheduling, payments, email, text delivery and analytics may process information as needed to deliver and support our services. This processing does not authorize them to use your SMS opt-in data for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
