- Hillside driveways and lakefront lanes: when the truck cannot get close we hand-carry with a smaller ramp; carry over 100 ft is $25.
- Metro South is a few minutes from downtown Oregon City, so we can run two loads inside one window for large cleanouts.
- Mattresses up to 4 per trip are free at Metro South; we pass that on. Oak Grove lots with long gravel drives get the same price when the truck can reach within 100 ft.
- New builds and HOAs: we confirm street parking rules before the window.
